Day 1 – 19 Mar: Hanoi (Arrival)

Arrive in Hanoi at 21:05PM (VN786), our driver welcomes and transfers you to hotel.

Rest of the day is your leisure time for walking around the Old Town for shopping and relax in Hanoi.

Day 3 – 21 Mar: Hanoi → Ninh Binh (Hoa Lư – Tam Coc – Hang Mua)

7:25 – 7:35AM, Our driver and tour guide pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter Area, Hanoi. Head the south of Hanoi for 110 km. After 2 hours, you will arrive in Ninh Binh. First stop at Hoa Lu, you will have quick visit two temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh Le, their sons, and the Queen… to know why Hoa Lu was build as capital of Vietnam in ending of nine century.

12:00 – Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisine.

13:30 – Boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “three caves” (1.5 hour boat trip). With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery.

15:30 – Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with specious view of the nature.

17:15 – Return to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi

19:30 – Drop you off at your hotel/stay.

Day 4 – 22 Mar: Hanoi → Halong bay

8:20 – 08:35 – Our bus and guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new expressway to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way.

12:00 – Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing. Cruise will take you on an 5 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Fighting Chicken, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.

13:45 – Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. Visit Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

16:30 – Return Cruises for Afternoon Tea and cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck among world iconic natural scenery.

18:00 – Disembark for a bus ride back on the new expressway to Hanoi.

21:00 – Drop off at your hotel stay, trip ends

Day 5 – 23 Mar: Hanoi (Leisure time)

Breakfast at your hotel. Rest of the day is your leisure time for walking around the Old Town for shopping and relax in Hanoi. You can go and watch train passing on your own (the train often passes at 15:15 -> please be there 15 – 30 minutes before the train passes)

Day 6 – 24 Mar: Hanoi (City tour) → Hoian

Around 8:00 – 8:30AM, Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.

Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake

It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world

  • Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…
  • Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.

Special Note: we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays

Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.

Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.

Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”

At 16:30PM, our driver transfer you to airport for flight to Danang. (depart at 19:10PM – VN197)

Arrival airport in Danang at 20:35PM. Our driver welcomes and transfer you to Hoi An for your night stay.
