ITINERARY

Day 1 – 17 Jul. Phnom Penh (City tour) → Siem Reap

Morning, at 8:30 AM our guide pick you up at Sunway hotel to visit the Royal Palace and its Silver Pagoda. Next, you will visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. This site offers a sobering reminder of Cambodia’s turbulent history and provide a deeper understanding of the country’s rich culture and heritage.

After finishing the tour, have lunch and then get transferred to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap (13:30 PM – K6 0107).

Day 2 – 18 Jul. Siem Reap (Explore the Angkor)

8:00 – 08:30 AM, our guide picks up you visit to the antique capital of Angkor Thom (literally: “Great City”), located in present day Cambodia, was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. Continue your visit at the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Continue your visit to Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in Angkor. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool (representing the paradisiacal Himalamountain-lake), Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic.

In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture.

In the evening, enjoy a delicous dinner at a nice local restaurant in Seam Reap. Watch a Apsara dance show while dining.

Day 3 – 19 Jul. Siem Reap (Tonle Sap Lake) Hanoi

Monring, your breakfast at hotel.

8:00 – 8:30 AM, our guide pick up you visit the National Museum. Here, you can explore a collection of Khmer art, artifacts, and historical exhibits that provide insights into the culture and history of Cambodia.

After the museum, take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, one of the largest lakes in Asia. This is an opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the lake and see some of the local fishing villages and floating communities that call it home.

After the lake tour, head to downtown to visit Artisan’s D’angkor, the carving art school, where you can witness the intricate art of stone carving and other traditional crafts. Next, continue your visit to Wat Thmei, a beautiful pagoda that is known for its memorial stupa that contains the skulls of Khmer Rouge victims.

After lunch, your free time in Siem Reap until at 16:00 PM we transfer you to the airport for flight to Hanoi (19:05 PM – VJ914).

Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Day 4 – 20 Jul: Hanoi Halong bay

Breakfast at hotel then check out your hotel, you can leave big luggage at hotel (please note to hotel staff to keep for you) and bring small bag for Halong bay trip as you will be back to this hotel to stay more.

7:50 – 8:00 AM, our bus Pick you up at your hotel and go to Halong bay on a shuttle bus.

•  11:45-12:00 – Meeting at TuanChau harbour. Check in Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by a professional and friendly crew.

•  13:00 – Check – in cabin and enjoy speacially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerging from emrald water. •  14:30: Discovering outstanding and magical beauty of Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayaking.

•  15:45 – Small tender brings you to visit Titop island, hiking to the top of the island from where tourists can capture a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

•  17:00-17:15 : Back to the boat from the titop island to have shower and refreshing up .

•  17:30 – Join the sunset moment on the sundesk in a warm and romantic armosphere, making friends with other members in the group, enjoy fresh local fruit, listening soft, light music.

•  19:00 – Enjoy special dinner cooked by our professional chef.

•  20:30 – The moment you choose your own way to relax after dinner, listening to music, singing karaoke, relaxing on the sundeck, squid fishing available for entertainment during the night time.

Day 5 – 21 Jul: Halong bay → Hanoi

 5:45 – 6:00– Take photos of sunrise, morning exercise with our Tai Chi master, a perfectly healthy way to start a new day.

•  6:30 – Enjoy your breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits.

•  7:15 – Visit Surprising Cave – the most beautiful one in Halong Bay.

•  9:00 – Back to Royal Palace Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Ha Long Bay, passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination.

•  10:00 – Cooking class opened right on the cruise.

•  10:30 – Farewell lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.

•  11:40 – Tour ends at Tuan Chau habour.

Get on bus to go back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi around 15:30 PM.

Rest of day is your leisure time in Hanoi.

Day 6 – 22 Jul: Hanoi (City tour) → Da Nang

Breakfast at hotel. Please check out after breakfast, you can leave your big luggage at your hotel (please ask staff there to keep in store for you), as you will be back and go to the airport from the hotel. 

8:00 – 8:30 AM, get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.

8:45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

9:30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world

• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

11:15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.

Special Note: we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays

12:45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.

14:00 – 14:15 : Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.

15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”.

After tour, at 17:00 PM our driver transfer you to airport for flight to Danang (19:30 PM – VJ543).

Arrival at Da Nang airport, our driver welcome and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 7 – 23 Jul: Da Nang (Visit Ba Na Hills)

Morning breakfast at hotel.

7:30 – 8:00 AM, our tour guide picks you up at hotel lobby. Reach Ba Na Hills via Cable Car. Spend your time on the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and see the panorama of Quang Nam – Da Nang City on high.

After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge – which has the most exotic structure and also the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, France wine cellar, Le Jardin D’Amour (consists of 9 gardens), Linh Ung pagoda.

Continue to visit the French Village (enjoy Street Music, watch Art’s statue), Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Linh Phong Monastery, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple & Tru Vu Tea Shop.

Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome. Challenge the most popular adventure ride – Slide of Tube Car (free ride).

The new funicular railway will take tourists from Kingdom of the Sun to the new construction launches – The Castle of the Moon.

Lunch at Restaurant (Buffet).

Day 11 – 27 Jul: Hoi An → Ho Chi Minh

Day 12 – 28 Jul: Ho Chi Minh → Mekong Delta

Breakfast at hotel.

At 7:30 – 7:45 AM, leave the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time.

In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip.

Day 13 – 29 Jul: Ho Chi Minh (Cu Chi tunnels & city tour) → Departure

Breakfast at hotel.

(Late check- out until 20:00 PM)

Around 7:30 – 8:00 AM, our guide pick up you at hotel. Depart for Cu Chi tunnels, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. 

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Have lunch at restaurant in HCM city. 

In the afternoon, visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known Landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. 

Spend your leisure time until at 20:30 PM our driver transfers you to airport for departure flight (leaving at 00:05 AM – AC 6983 on July 30th).
