Day 1 – 12 Feb: Phnom Penh (Arrival)

Arrival at airport in Phnom Penh at 23:20 PM (OZ 739). We welcome and transfer you to hotel. Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Day 3 – 14 Feb: Phnom Penh

Morning, at 8:30AM, visit the notorious Choeung Ek Killing Fields & Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison) which serve as a testament to the crimes of the Khmer Rouge (From 1975–1979).

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, take some minutes at Independent Monument for photo taking. After that, visit the opulent Royal Place, home to Cambodia’s Royal family, and its Silver Pagoda. Continue your visit at The National Museum with its superb collection of Khmer art. The last place to visit today is Wat Phnome, the most famous buddhist temple in Phnom Penh.

Day 4 – 15 Feb: Phnom Penh → Kratie

Breakfast at your hotel.

At 8:30AM, head to Kampong Cham, soak in the scenery of rural Cambodia, drive through cashew nut plantations, rice fields, and traditional villages. Tour the town center before continuing to Wat Nokor. Afternoon, your lesiure in the sleepy riverside town of Kratie. Enjoy a spectacular Mekong sunset.

Day 5 – 16 Feb: Kratie

Breakfast at your hotel.

Morning, 8:30AM, a walk to a local market, see local people trading. Set out for a countryside tour. And then board a boat to try and catch a glimpse of the endangered, freshwater Irrawaddy dolphins. Continue towards the village Sambo for a visit of Wat Sorsor Mouy Roy Pagoda. Afternoon, cross the river to the island of Koh Trong, take a horse cart or biking, see floating village and much more. Return to Kratie by boat.

Day 6 – 17 Feb: Kratie → Kampong Thom

Breakfast at your hotel.

At 8:30AM, depart for Kampong Thom, see the countryside scenery and the local life during the transfer. Visit take 1000 steps climbing up to Phnom Santuk Mountain, enjoy spectacular vistas from the top. Continue by road to Kampong Thom. Afternoon, your leisure time in Kampong Thom.

Day 7 – 18 Feb: Kampong Thom → Siem Reap

Breakfast at your hotel.

Heading out to north of town, visit Sambor Prei Kuk, a jungle-enclosed temple complex, very less touristy and worth your visit. See the melding of architecture with nature surrounding.

Lunch with local food.

Continue towards Siem Reap. On arrival in Siem Reap, check-in at the hotel and leisure in the afternoon.

Day 8 – 19 Feb: Siem Reap

In the morning, at 8:30AM, you will visit Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of the Khmer empire. Then, you will continue your visit to Ta Prohm, a stunning temple complex with trees and vegetation growing around and through its structures. Lunch will be at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will visit Angkor Wat, the most famous of all the temples in Angkor. Angkor Wat is a massive temple complex and is one of the largest religious monuments in the world.

In the evening, enjoy buffet dinner and watch Khmer Traditional Dance Show at a local restaurant.

Day 9 – 20 Feb: Siem Reap

Breakfast at your hotel.

Morning, at 8:30AM, visit some famous temples in Siem Reap including: East MebonTa SomNeak PananPreah KhanPre Rup. Afternoon, sightseeing at the Tonle Sap Lake, the “Great Lake” of Cambodia, on a traditional wooden boat.

Day 10 – 21 Feb: Siem Reap

We depart the city at 8:30AM and head to Koh Ker, which takes about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, we will venture into the deserted ruins and surrounding forest and explore the Koh Ker temple complex, the former capital of the Angkorian empire during the years AD 928 to AD 944.

We drive back to Siem Reap. On the way back, we stop at two famous temples: Prasat Neang Khmaw & Prasat Pram. Lunch at a local restaurant near Beng Mealea temple.

We visit Beng Mealea temple. Enjoy a short walk through the dense jungle and discover the wonders of an overgrown temple, Beng Mealea, which lay undiscovered for centuries. We proceed to the last one that we visit today, Banteay Srey, the “gem” of the Angkor area.

Day 11 – 22 Feb: Siem Hanoi

Breakfast at your hotel. Your leisure time to explore Siem Reap until 15:00 PM we transfer you to airport for flight to Hanoi (depart at 19:05 PM – VJ 914).

Arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi at 20:50 PM, our driver welcomes and transfers you to hotel for check-in. Rest of the day is your leisure time in Hanoi.

Day 12 – 23 Feb: Hanoi (City tour)

Around 08:00 – 08:15 AM, Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.

Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake

It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world

• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.

Special Note: we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays

Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.

Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.

Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”.

Enjoy take a cyclo tour around the bustling old quarter to see the ordinary life of Vietnamese people in Hanoi.

Day 13 – 24 Feb: Hanoi → Ninh Binh

Breakfast at your hotel.

At 07:15 – 07:30AM, Our driver and tour guide pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter Area, Hanoi. Head the south of Hanoi for 110 km. After 2 hours, you will arrive in Ninh Binh. First stop at Hoa Lu, you will have quick visit two temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh Le, their sons, and the Queen… to know why Hoa Lu was build as capital of Vietnam in ending of nine century.

12:00 – Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisine.

13:30 – Boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “three caves” (1.5 hour boat trip). With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery.

Return to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi. Drop you off at your hotel.

Day 14 – 25 Feb: Hanoi → Sapa

Morning, you will check out and we will ask hotel to arrange breakfast boxes to take away for you. Please ask receptionist for the boxes. And you can leave your big luggage at your hotel (please ask staff there to keep in store for you), bring small bag for one night in Sapa as you will be back and stay more. 

06:30 – 06:45 AM: Pick up from the hotel, get on bus and depart for Sapa.

13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. The tour guide will be waiting for you at No.3 Fansipan Str (or at where the bus stop), holding the sign “Sapa Pathfinder Travel” to welcome you. Then, please follow him to come to the hotel.

· Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures

14.30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon. Trekking distance is about 3.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours
Come back to Sapa Town.

Day 15 – 26 Feb: Sapa → Hanoi

Have breakfast at hotel and prepare light pack for trekking

09.30: Trek from Sapa to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.

Have lunch at local restaurant.

Heading to Ta Van village – home of Dzay ethnic people.

Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.

Trekking distance is about 12 kms and it lasts for 4.5 hours

14:15 – 14:30: Get on bus to back to Hanoi.

Day 16 – 27 Feb: Hanoi → Halong bay

Breakfast at your hotel then check out your hotel, you can leave big luggage at hotel (please note to hotel staff to keep for you) and bring small bag for Halong bay trip as you will be back to this hotel to stay more.

• 08:15 – 08:30 AM, our guide Pick you up at your hotel and go to Halong bay on a shuttle bus. Take a rest and enjoy local specialties after 2h.

  • 12.00 – Meeting at TuanChau harbour. Check in Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by a professional and friendly crew.
  • 13:00 – Check-in cabin and enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water.   • 14:30 – Keep cruising to the most beautiful parts of Halong Bay. This is the best time to relax after lunch and enjoy your privacy, capturing stunning photos of the legendary bay.
  • 15:30 – Small tender brings you to visit Titop island, hiking to the top of the island from where tourists can capture a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
  • 16:30 – Kayaking & swimming 18:00 – Join the sunset party on the sundeck in a warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members in the group, enjoy fresh local fruit, listening soft, light music, wearing traditional costumes for kings, queens, and mandarins.
  • 19:00 – Enjoy the special dinner cooked by our professional chef.

  • 07:20 Sung Sot cave excursion: Explore Sung Sot Cave – the biggest and most stunning cave in Halong Bay
  • 09:15 Check-out of cabins & bill settlement. Start cruising back to the port
  • 09:30 Buffet brunch served at the restaurant
  • 10:45 – 11:00 Back to the port. Farewell and disembark
  • 11:15 – 11:30 Get on the bus back to Hanoi.
