ITINERARY

Day 1 – 13 Apr: Australia → Ho Chi Minh (visit Cu Chi Tunnels)

Arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport at 06:05 AM – VJ082, our driver welcomes and transfer to your hotel.

Early check in with breakfast (for 1 room only). Check-in time is 14:00 PM (for 2 rooms).

Around 12:00 PM, our guide pick up you for lunch, then visit depart for Cu Chi Tunnels, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

Day 2 – 14 Apr: Ho Chi Minh → Mekong Delta

Breakfast at your hotel then check out your hotel, you can leave big luggage at hotel (please note to hotel staff to keep for you) and bring small bag for trip as you will be back to this hotel to stay more.

Around 7.30 – 7:45 AM: Pick up guests at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and depart for My Tho Port. Boat cruise on the Tien River to view the four islets: Long, Lan, Quy, Phung. The boat passes by floating fish farms along the Tien River, offering a view of Rach Mieu Bridge. 

Arrive at Thoi Son islet: Stroll through village paths, visit fruit orchards, enjoy seasonal fruits, and listen to traditional Southern Vietnamese music. 

Rowing boat through small canals: Enjoy the peaceful riverine scenery, visit a honey bee farm, and taste honey tea and banana wine. 

Continue down the Tien River to Tan Thach Canal (Ben Tre): Visit a coconut candy workshop, and explore traditional handicrafts. 

Motorboat excursion on Tan Thach canal: Discover the daily life of local people, have lunch at a local restaurant. The eco-restaurant features crocodile, porcupine farms, frog, and snake farming models, hammocks for relaxing, and bicycles for exploring fruit orchards, coconut groves, and rice fields. 

Cycle through village paths: Learn about the everyday life of local residents. 

Return to My Tho Port to continue to Can Tho.

Day 3 – 15 Apr: Mekong Delta → Ho Chi Minh

Breakfast at the hotel. 

Around 07:00 AM, ‭get picked up for the tour.‬ ‭Relaxing boat ride to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Hau River, followed by a visit to the bustling Cai Rang Floating Market. 

Visit a local noodle-making factory. Explore Munir Ansay Pagoda, a renowned Khmer pagoda with unique architecture. 

Then, proceed to Son Islet, visit fish farms, fruit orchards, and enjoy seasonal fruits.

Lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City, ending the tour.

Day 4 – 16 Apr: Ho Chi Minh (City tour) → Hoi An

Breakfast at your hotel then check out your hotel, you can leave big luggage at hotel (please note to hotel staff to keep for you).

Around 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and depart for visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known Landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

Have lunch at restaurant in HCM city. 

Get back to the hotel.

After the tour at 13:30 PM, our driver transfers you to airport for flight to Da Nang. (Depart at 16:00 PM – VN136)

Upon Da Nang airport at 17:25 PM, our driver picks up and transfers you to hotel in Hoi An.

Day 5 – 17 Apr: Hoi An (visit My Son Sanctuary + Ancient Town)

Around 07:30 – 08:00 AM, our guide will pick you up at your hotel and depart from Hoi An to visit My Son Holy Land – the ancient ruins of the Cham people, once the imperial city during the Cham dynasty. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore and learn about the unique techniques the ancient Cham people used to make red bricks for constructing their towers, a mystery still unsolved. The site features a large complex of religious relics with over 70 architectural works, making it a fascinating destination for those curious about architectural art. In 1999, UNESCO recognized the Cham architecture at My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site. 

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. 

After lunch, Enjoy a three-hour walking tour of Hoi An Old Town, renowned for its charming blend of Chinese, Japanese, and European architecture. This ancient town was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. 

During the tour, you will visit iconic landmarks including the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the Japanese Bridge—constructed in the 16th century and famous for being the only covered bridge that features a pagoda—the 200-year-old Tan Ky House, and the Museum of Trade Ceramics. You’ll also explore several other historical sites throughout the old town. 

Afterward, you will have free time to continue discovering the charming streets of the old town or to shop for special souvenirs. 

The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the city on your own.

Day 6 – 18 Apr: Hoi An (visit Ba Na Hills + Marble Mountain)

Around 07:45 – 08:15 AM, The tour starts from the morning where our guide will pick you up from the hotel.

The first stop will be to the majestic Marble Mountains , exploring marble mountain s with 5 elements mountains and beautiful natural caves and old pagodas ,also the famous mountains during vietnam war.The marble mountain has become one of the must-see destinations for those who enjoy the beauty of nature and want a respite from the busy urban areas.

At the foot of the mountains there is a traditional marble fine art village which is over 300 years old. You will admire its talented craftsmen, their creativity and their uniquely beautiful works.

Say good bye to Marble Mountains we will come back local family for Vietnamese lunch.

After lunch at local family and then the bus take us to Bana Hills, is one of the most beautiful mountains of Da Nang. When you reach the summit, you can feel the temperature and humidity dropping away. It has refreshingly cool weather all year round and gorgeous panoramic views. Visitors can enjoy all four seasons of the year in one day here.

You will visit the golden bridge. The two giant hands are considered as god’s hand supporting Vietnamese bridge in particular. On the other side, the bridge could be like a long silk flap carefully held up through forest hills by two hands of a woman. From here, visitors can get a glimpse of Da Nang  city with beautiful coastlines or simply enjoy themselves among white clouds, blue sky and green forests.

Walk down few steps to explore  garden flowers, Linh Ung pagoda. You will see the panorama of Da Nang city.

Back to station we take another cable car to French village continue  exploring  the peak of Chua mountain at the height of 1487 m, the highest peak in Bana hills.

Next place is the French square, visit and play some games in fantasy park – one of the largest indoor amusement parks in Vietnam with series of interesting games: Freefall tower, 4-5 d film, skiver, the death race, dinosaur park,..

Return to the cable car for leaving Bana hills and back to hotel. Tour ends.

Day 7 – 19 Apr: Hoi An (Cam Thanh Basket Boat) → Hanoi

Morning, breakfast at hotel.

The guide will pick you up at 08:30 AM by car to explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war by taking a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise.

Then you meet and engage with local fishermen, and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.

After the boat trip, you will be taken to a restaurant designed in the rustic style of rural bamboo in Viet Nam.

Relax with a welcome drink and have a delicious Vietnamese set menu.

In the end, the car & tour guide drops you off back at the hotel.

At 15:30 PM, Our driver transfer you to airport for flight to Ha Noi. (Depart at 18:05 PM – VN180)

Day 8 – 20 Apr: Hanoi → Halong bay

Around 8:20 – 8:30 AM : Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Start 2,5 hour road journey via new highway.

12:00 – Meeting at TuanChau harbour. Check in Royal Palace Cruise and you are warmly welcomed by a professional and friendly crew.

13:00 – Check-in cabin and enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising through most beautiful parts of the magical bay with thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water. Sailing with Royal Palace Cruise in very tranquil route, exploring the exotic beauty of the legendary Bay, a feeling in paradise will come to you.

14:30 – Keep cruising to the most beautiful parts of Halong Bay. This is the best time to relax after lunch and enjoy your privacy, capturing stunning photos of the legendary bay.

15:30 – Small tender brings you to visit Titop island, hiking to the top of the island from where tourists can capture a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30 – Kayaking & swimming 18:00 – Join the sunset party on the sundeck in a warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members in the group, enjoy fresh local fruit, listening soft, light music, wearing traditional costumes for kings, queens, and mandarins.

Day 9 – 21 Apr: Halong bay → Hanoi

06:00 – Take photos of sunrise, morning exercise with our Tai Chi master, a perfectly healthy way to start a new day.

07:45 – Visit Surprising Cave – the most beautiful one in Halong Bay.

09:00 – Back to Royal Palace Cruise for check-out. Keep cruising towards Ha Long Bay, passing by hundreds of islands and islets with different shapes depending on your imagination.

10:00 – Cooking class opened right on the cruise.

11:00 – Farewell lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.

12:30 – Tour ends at Tuan Chau habour.

Day 10 – 22 Apr: Hanoi (visit Ninh Binh – Trang An Bai Dinh Hang Mua)

Breakfast at your hotel.

07:00-07:45: Our tour guide and driver will pick up at your hotel in Hanoi city to depart for Ninh Binh province (120 Kms). Start Bai Dinh Trang An and Mua Cave full day tour. 

10.30 Tourist will Bai Dinh –  Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight.

Have lunch in a local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel

13:00 Depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take a boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see the scenery of mountain and rivers Halong Bay on the land of Ninh Binh.

15:30 Visit Mua Cave – the highlight attraction in Ninh binh, challenge yourself for 500 step up Cave mountain where you will have great panorama view of Tam Coc and rice field.  

18:00 Leave Ninh binh for Hanoi

Day 11 – 23 Apr: Hanoi (City tour) → Siem Reap

8:00 – 8:30 AM, Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.

08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Goddess of Mercy – It is the most unique pagoda in the world.

• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

After tour, back to hotel (Lunch is excluded).

Day 12 – 24 Apr: Siem Reap (visit the Angkor)

At 08:30 AM, our guide picks up you to visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (literally: “Great City”), located in present day Cambodia, was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. Continue your visit at the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Continue your visit to Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in Angkor. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool (representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake), Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic.

In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture.

In the evening, around 18:30 PM, our driver will take you enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant in Seam Reap. Watch a Apsara dance show while dining.

Day 13 – 25 Apr: Siem Reap (Day tour) → Ho Chi Minh

Monring, your breakfast at hotel.

At 08:30 AM, start the tour by visiting the National Museum. Here, you can explore a collection of Khmer art, artifacts, and historical exhibits that provide insights into the culture and history of Cambodia.

After the museum, take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, one of the largest lakes in Asia. This is an opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the lake and see some of the local fishing villages and floating communities that call it home.

After the lake tour, head to downtown to visit Artisan’s D’ Angkor, the carving art school, where you can witness the intricate art of stone carving and other traditional crafts. Next, continue your visit to Wat Thmei, a beautiful pagoda that is known for its memorial stupa that contains the skulls of Khmer Rouge victims.

Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Your leisure time until at 17:00 PM we transfer you to airport for flight back to Ho Chi Minh. (Departure at 20:35 PM – K6 0828)
