Day 1 – Jun 17: Ho Chi Minh (arrival)
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh, we welcome and transfer you to hotel. Your leisure time in the city on your own.

Day 2 – Jun 18: Ho Chi Minh: city tour & Cu Chi tunnels
Breakfast will be served at your hotel.
At 07:30 – 07:45 AM, Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.
Have lunch at restaurant in HCM city. In the afternoon, visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known Landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.
Back to the hotel. End trip.

Day 3 – Jun 19: Ho Chi Minh (Motobike food tour evening)
Morning is your leisure time.
18:00 To experience Ho Chi Minh City, you need to do two things: Ride a motorbike, and eat the food. On this tour, you’ll do both. Zooming across five districts with your English-speaking guide, you’ll hop on and off your motorbike to taste most popular street food in Vietnam: bun bo hue, nuoc mia, banh mi
After the first meals, your guide driver will take you to a “food heaven” in District 3. Street food sold here is diverse since people in the area come from many places and have different taste. Climb up to the buildings and see the contrasting architecture between the modern and the traditional.
The next stop for food is in Cambodian market. Over here you will sample Banh Trang Nuong and Crispy Banana Cracker
Hop on the scooter and get to another area to enjoy the most popular street food in Vietnam – Banh My – This food is listed as #1 street food that Vietnamese people eat almost every day because it is very convenient and delicious.
More food is coming, we will stop and sit on plastic chairs among many locals at a local eatery to have a wonderful night with friend.
During this ho chi minh food tour, we will chat and share the local and food stories to help you understand more about life of people as well as local cuisine not only in Saigon but also the whole Vietnam.

Day 4 – Jun 20: Ho Chi Minh → Mekong Delta
Following breakfast at the hotel, we will depart from Ho Chi Minh and head towards Ben Tre. Our journey will include a boat trip along the Mekong River, during which we will visit a family-run business that exemplifies the idyllic rural lifestyle. We will also have the opportunity to stroll through the fruit plantation village.

After breakfast, your leisure time until our driver come pick you to the airport flight to Da Nang city

Day 6 – Jun 22: Ho An (visit My Son Sanctuary)
Morning breakfast at hotel. Today, we start the tour by visiting My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Afternoon, visit Hoi An town on foot: Hoi An’s Colorful Local Market, Old House of Tan Ky, Fu Jian Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge.

Day 7 – Jun 23: Ho An (Coconut jungle + basket boat + cooking class)
8:30 – 13:00 A unique experience through the coconut forest in the heart of Hoi An old town, enjoy & experience how to prepare special foods. This tour will give visitors a great experience, especially the short vacation tourists in Hoi An, this is a perfect choice. Highlight Attractions: Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals. Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese food with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel. After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.

Your breakfast at hotel. Start a city tour in Hue.
Get a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda. We then continue our visit at the Citadel & Hue Royal Antiques museum. Visit Dong Ba Market and have lunch at a nearby restaurant. After lunch, visit tomb of King “Minh Mang” and Tomb of King “Khai Dinh”. Proceed our tour at a nearby village where people making incense stick and conical hat.

Day 15 – July 01: Hanoi (City tour)
Breakfast at hotel. Please check out after breakfast, you can leave your big luggage at your hotel (please ask staff there to keep in store
for you), as you will be back and go to the airport from the hotel.
08:30 AM, Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.
08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.
09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique
padoga in the world
11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54
12.45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.
14.00 – 14.15 : Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.
15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”

Day 16 – July 02: Hanoi → Halong bay
Morning, enjoy breakfast at hotel and depart for Halong Bay at approximately 8:00am.
Upon arrival in Halong Bay, we will board the vessel and partake in a delectable lunch. During the meal, we will cruise through thousands of stunning islands and islets. Following lunch, you may freshen up in your room before embarking on a visit to the Surprising Cave, kayaking, swimming, and other activities. Later, return to the vessel, get a drink and enjoy the picturesque sunset scenery in the bay.

Day 17 – July 03: Halong bay → Hanoi
In the morning, breakfast will be served on board. We will then proceed to cruise to a Pearl Farm village and continue exploring the enchanting Halong Bay, navigating through numerous captivating islands and islets.
During lunch on board, we will make our way back to the pier before transferring back to Hanoi.

Day 18 – July 04: Hanoi → Sapa
After breakfast, pick you up at hotel and transfer to Sapa. Arrival in Sapa around 13:00, take a little time for refreshment. Enjoy a tasty lunch of local Vietnamese dishes.
Then, we embark on a short trek to Cat Cat village. This village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic group, is nestled in a deep valley near the base of Fansipan Peak. With a knowledgeable guide, we explore the village, witness daily life, and visit the picturesque waterfall that once powered a French-built Hydraulic Power Station. We capture memorable photos before hiking uphill to meet our return bus to Sapa town. The trek covers 3.5 km and lasts about 2 hours. We return to Sapa Town by 17:00.

Day 19 – July 05: Sapa → Hanoi
After breakfast, we start our trek, get through the rice terraces in Muong Hoa valley. We reach the village of Black Hmong, see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Enjoy picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village.
Continue our trek to Ta Van village – home of Dzay ethnic people. Enjoy the scenery until we meet our van at Ta Van bridge and head back to Sapa town. The total trekking distance is about 12 kms and it lasts for 4.5 hours.
A late lunch will be prepared for you near the craft centre and then visit a village school. Later, we make our way back to Sapa town and return to Hanoi.
