Day 1 – 10 Mar. Hanoi (Leisure)

Day 2 – 11 Mar. Hanoi → Sapa (Cat Cat & Sin Chai)

Breakfast at your hotel, then check out your hotel.

At 06:30 AM, our guide pick you up at your hotel and go to Sapa trip. Our driver welcomes and transfers you to hotel.
Then, A walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong. Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 3 km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a jeep to return to Sapa.

Day 3 – 12 Mar. Sapa (Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Start trekking around 8:00 – 8:30 AM, 12 km of trekking, visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. after lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.

Day 4 – 13 Mar. Sapa (Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan)

Start trekking at 9:30 AM, 8 km walking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get the jeep to return to Sapa.
Tour finish in Sapa by 3PM.

Day 5 – 14 Mar. Sapa (Fansipan cable car)

Have breakfast at hotel, then make your own way to Fansipan Cable Car Station and take the cable car for 20 minutes to appreciate the stunning view beneath your feet when sitting in the cabin. Behold the scenery, take photos, and visit pagodas once you have ascended to an altitude of 2,800 meters.

Walk up 600 stairs to Fansipan’s peak, also referred to as the Roof of Indochina (You may spend around 1.5 hours hiking and shooting pictures).
Afternoon: Return to Fansipan Cable Car Station and continue to go back to Sapa town.
Free time to explore Sapa on your own.
Please note that: the tour guide will not be with you on this tour.

Day 6 – 15 Mar. Sapa → Hanoi

Morning, your breakfast at hotel.

Leisure time in Sapa, afterward 14:30 PM, take the bus from Sapa back to Hanoi.

Day 7 – 16 Mar. Hanoi (Food tour)

Morning, your breakfast at hotel.

You have leisure time untill around 18:00 -18:15PM, our guide will see you at the theater and start your walkie foodie night with Hanoi Street Food Tour.

We will take you inside Hanoi Old Quarter and discover some of the lesser-known dishes of locals. From Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle), Banh Cuon (Steamed rice rolls), “Banh Mi” (Vietnamese Baguette), etc.

Finish the tour with unique Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee) or Draft beer at beer corner, which will perfectly round off our Hanoi street food discovery.

Day 8 – 17 Mar. Hanoi (Cooking class)

Morning, your breakfast at hotel.

Including: cook 3-4 dishes, market tour, ingredients, recipes, drinks & pickups.
Morning: 9:00 to 12:30
Afternoon: 16:00 to 19:30

We will pick you up at your hotel back to our private villa away from tourist scene, with a lovely garden cafe full of trees. Then we’ll visit the local market, which is 5 minutes walk from our home, where you can experience the local market, learn about Vietnamese “buy-cook-eat same day” culture, also see local everyday activities.

Learn how to use fresh, local – high quality only ingredients. We’ll guide you through the art of balancing flavors, a cornerstone of Vietnamese cuisine, using both traditional and modern techniques, as well as tip & tricks to choose fresh ingredients, alternate components from your country for the dish.

Afterwards, you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created in our garden view cooking room, try local coffee & chill like a true Haoian.

Also we’re food lovers, who have eaten Vietnamese street food since childhood, we can share you shortlists of hidden gem places you can’t find anywhere else.
