Day 1 – 05 Aug: Hanoi (Arrival)

Arrive airport in Hanoi at 17:20 (VJ900), our driver welcomes and transfers you to hotel.

Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Day 2 – 06 Aug: Hanoi (Leisure)

Have breakfast at your hotel.

Around 16:40 PM, please make your own way to the theater to the show, you can go walking or take a taxi easily. The show starts at 17:15 PM at 16 P. Le Thai To, Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi.

After that, you can walking around 10 minutes to Cinnamon Restaurant (08 Hang Buom, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi) to enjoy your welcome dinner at 18:30 PM.

Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Day 3 – 07 Aug: Hanoi → Mai Chau

Breakfast at hotel. Please check out after breakfast, you can leave your big luggage at your hotel (please ask staff there to keep in store for you), bring small bag for one night in Mai Chau as you will be back and stay more. 

07:10 – 07:30 AM, Pickup at your hotel in the Old Quarter in our (In cases of a traffic jam or the pickup point is not possible to reach, please move to the more convenient spot that we provided)

7:30 – 10:45 On the way of the winding pass as silk. You will see be Living space of the Local Muong, Thai is interwoven between the Valley and the mountains along the way.

10:50 -11:30 Stop at the top of Thung Khe Pass to admire the panorama of Mai Chau Valley especially you will feel interested when visiting the temporary local market where selling products of the Muong ethnic people at the top of the pass.

12:00 Have lunch (vegetarian available)

14:30: Bicycle ride with your tour guide, see farmers working in fields, locals weaving scarves and visit surrounding peaceful villages.

17:00 Free time for cycling, walking, shopping.

Enjoy dinner at the restaurant.

Day 4 – 08 Aug: Mai Chau → Hanoi

Breakfast at hotel.

08:30 Go with a local Thai tour guide, we will cycling for 2km before start the trek to visit more remote rural villages: Na Meo, Na Mo and Xam Pa villages to see the rice terraces and understand more about their culture and customs.

12:00 Back to the homestay, check-out and go for lunch.

13:00 Free time for shopping and relaxing.

15:30 Get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.

19:00 Arrive in Hanoi Old quater. Drop you off at your hotel.

Day 5 – 09 Aug: Hanoi → Halong bay

Breakfast at hotel then check out your hotel, you can leave big luggage at hotel (please note to hotel staff to keep for you) and bring small bag for Halong bay trip as you will be back to this hotel to stay more.

7:55- 8:10 AM, our guide picks you up at your hotel and go to Halong bay on a shuttle bus.

11:45 – You arrival at Tuan Chau Island is the Lily Cruises check-in lounge. at No15.

12:15 – After taken to Lily Cruises, you will be checked-in. While enjoying welcome drink, you will be introduced the itinerary and safety briefing by Cruise Manager.

13:00 – You will have a delicious lunch and enjoy the stunning views when the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Fighting- Cock and Finger Islet.

14:45 – Visiting Luon Cave or Pearl Farm area by bamboo boat or kayaking.

16:00 – You are going to Titov Island – where you can go swimming or hiking to the top for another stunning, panoramic view of the Bay.

17:30 – Back on board, you can enjoy Sunset party with HAPPY HOUR (from 17:30 – 19:00) – buy 2 get 1 free at bar.

18:30 – If you are interested in Vietnamese cuisines, please join our traditional Vietnamese cooking class on sundeck under the experienced Chef’s guiding (or in the restaurant in case of inclement weather).

Day 6 – 10 Aug: Halong bay → Hanoi

6:00 – Warm up your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck with a breathtaking view as the sun rises on Halong Bay.

7:00 – Light breakfast is served at the restaurant.

8:00 – Your next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Ha Long Bay with beautiful stalactites. You will be surprised by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay once you exit the cave as well as the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years which have taken on fascinating shapes.

9:30 – Back on board, check-out and return to Tuan Chau Island

10:00 – Brunch is served at the restaurant and payment

10:45 – Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina,.

Back to hotel in Hanoi.

Day 7 – 11 Aug: Hanoi (City tour) → Hue

Breakfast at hotel.

8:00 – 08:30 AM get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.

08.45 – Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

09.30 – Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world

• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…
• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

12.45 – Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine.

14.00 – 14.15 : Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.

15.15 – Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”.

After that, at 17:00 PM our driver transfer you to airport for flight to Hue (19:45 PM – VN1549).

Day 8 – 12 Aug: Hue (City tour) → Hoi An

Breakfast at hotel and check out your hotel. You can leave big luggage at reception (kindly ask hotel staff to keep them).

08:00 – 08:30 AM, our driver and guide pick you up and start the tour. Get on the dragon boat , go along the Huong river to enjoy the fresh atmosphere and peaceful beauty of Hue on the way to Thien Mu pagoda, the oldest pagoda here. After visiting Thien Mu, we get on the car and go to the Citadel to see the living, working, worshiping and relaxing areas of Nguyen Kings’family, the last royal family in Viet Nam.
The last stop in the morning is Dong Ba market, before we head to the restaurant for lunch.

Lunch time at My Home restaurant is a great time to savour the best Hue traditional foods and some royal tea while having your feet relax in herbal water after the meal.

In the afternoon, we will take a 10-min trip on car to Thuy Xuan conical hat village to visit a local family who produce the traditional hat and incent. You can have many photos taken with creative decoration from colorful incense sticks made by people here.

16:30 PM: tour is finished and we get on car , come back to the hotel lobby. Take your luggage and get on car for transfer to Hoi An.

Day 9 – 13 Aug: Hoian (Visit My Son sanctuary)

At 07:30 – 08:00 AM our guide picks you up at hotel and leave Hoi An for visiting My Son Holly Land – the ruins of Cham people and was an imperial city during Cham dynasty. Here you can have more chance to explore and understand of technique of Old Cham people in making red bricks to build Tower which still now a secret to everyone, you can see a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 65 architectural works. It also surprises for those who are curious with architectural art. In 1999, UNESCO labeled the Cham architecture in My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site.

Have lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon, visit Hoi An town on your own: Hoi An’s Colorful Local Market, Old House of Tan Ky, Fu Jian Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge.

Day 10 – 14 Aug: Hoi An (Ba Na Hills)

Morning breakfast at hotel.

07:30 – 08:00 AM, our tour guide picks you up at hotel lobby. Reach Ba Na Hills via Cable Car. Spend your time on the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and see the panorama of Quang Nam – Da Nang City on high.

After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge – which has the most exotic structure and also the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, France wine cellar, Le Jardin D’amourn (consists of 9 gardens), Linh Ung pagoda.

Continue to visit the French Village (enjoy Street Music, watch Art’s statue), Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Linh Phong Monastery, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple & Tru Vu Tea Shop.

Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome. Challenge the most popular adventure ride – Slide of Tube Car

The new funicular railway will take tourists from Kingdom of the Sun to the new construction launches – The Castle of the Moon.

Day 11 – 15 Aug: Hoi An → Ho Chi Minh

Breakfast at hotel. After that, at 8:45AM our driver transfer you to airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh (11:00 AM – VN7109).

Upon airport in Ho Chi Minh, our driver welcome and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is your leisure time to explore the ancient town on your own.

Day 12 – 16 Aug: Ho Chi Minh (City tour & Cu Chi Tunnels)

Breakfast will be served at your hotel.

07:30 – 08:00 AM, our guide picks up you to visit Ho Chi Minh. Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Have lunch at restaurant in HCM city.

In the afternoon, visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.

The Independence palace is a widely known Landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

Back to the hotel. End trip.

Day 15 – 19 Aug: Chau Doc → Phnom Penh

At 06:40 – 06:50AM, we will arrange the transfer you to the pier to take speed boat to Phnom Penh.

Arrive at Sisowath tourist dock in Phnom Penh around 13:00 PM. Our drive transfer you to hotel and check-in.

Rest of the day is your leisure time in Phnom Penh.

Day 16 – 20 Aug: Phnom Penh (City tour) – Siem Reap

At 08:30 AM, visit to the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town.

You then continue your visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison). This prison was a high school, and used as a prison by Pol Pot’s security forces and became the largest center for detention and torture during the rule of the Khmer Rouge.

After lunch get a transfer to Siem Reap by shuttle bus. The transfer takes approximately 6 hours (15:30 PM – 20:30 PM).

Day 17 – 21 Aug: Siem Reap (visit Angkor complex full day)

Have breakfast at the hotel.

At 8:30 AM, our guide picks up you visit to the antique capital of Angkor Thom (literally: “Great City”), located in present day Cambodia, was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. Continue your visit at the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Continue your visit to Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in Angkor. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool (representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake), Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic.

In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture.

In the evening, enjoy a delicous dinner at a nice local restaurant in Seam Reap. Watch a Apsara dance show while dining.

Day 18 – 22 Aug: Siem Reap (Tonle Sap lake) → Departure

Morning, enjoy breakfast at hotel.

Morning, start the tour by visiting the National Museum. Here, you can explore a collection of Khmer art, artifacts, and historical exhibits that provide insights into the culture and history of Cambodia.

After the museum, take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, one of the largest lakes in Asia. This is an opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the lake and see some of the local fishing villages and floating communities that call it home.

After the lake tour, head to downtown to visit Artisan’s D’angkor, the carving art school, where you can witness the intricate art of stone carving and other traditional crafts. Next, continue your visit to Wat Thmei, a beautiful pagoda that is known for its memorial stupa that contains the skulls of Khmer Rouge victims.

After lunch, our driver transfers you to Siem Reap airport for your departure flight.
