ITINERARY

Day 1 – 20 Mar: Hanoi (Arrival)

Arrival Hanoi airport at 18:00, our driver welcomes and transfers you to hotel.

Rest of the day is your leisure time for walking or enjoy cyclo around the Old Town for shopping and relax in Hanoi, go watching water puppet show – a famous traditional performance in Hanoi, go to train street drink coffee & beer.

Day 2 – 21 Mar: Ninh Binh (Trang An, Bai Dinh pagoda)

7:00-07:45: Our tour guide and driver will pick up at your hotel in Hanoi city to depart for Ninh Binh province (120 Kms). Bai Dinh Trang day tour. 10.30 Tourist to visit
Bai Dinh – Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Have lunch in a local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel
13:00 Depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take a boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see the scenery of mountain and rivers Halong Bay on the land of Ninh Binh.
15:30 Visit Mua Cave – the highlight attraction in Ninh binh, challenge yourself for 500 step up Cave mountain where you will have great panorama view of Tam Coc and rice field.
18:00 Leave Ninh binh for Hanoi – 20:30: Tour Bai Dinh Trang An full day Tour ends.

Day 3 – 22 Mar: Halong bay (Full day tour)

8:00 – 08:45 — Our bus and guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new expressway to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way.
12:00 – Arrive Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing. Cruise will take you on an 5 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Fighting Chicken, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.
13:45 – Arrive Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. Visit Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.
16:30 – Return Cruises for Afternoon Tea and cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck among world iconic natural scenery.
18:00 – Disembark for a bus ride back on the new expressway to Hanoi.
21:00 – Drop off at your hotel stay, trip end

Day 4 – 23 Mar: Hanoi (city) → Hoi An

Breakfast at your hotel.

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City.

08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake

It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century.

09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Goddess of Mercy – It is the most unique pagoda in the world

• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15th June -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area

11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.

Special Note: we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays

12.45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.

14.00 – 14.15: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.

15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”

After tour transfer you back the hotel, 18:30 driver come pick you up transfer to airport for at 21:00

Once arrived in Da Nang airport, you’ll be taken to Hoi An hotel for your stay.

Day 5 – 24 Mar: Hoi An(My Son Sanctuary)

Morning breakfast at hotel. Today, we start the tour by visiting My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Afternoon, visit Hoi An town on foot: Hoi An’s Colorful Local Market, Old House of Tan Ky, Fu Jian Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge.

Day 6 – 25 Mar: Hoi An (Cam Thanh village – basket boat – cooking class)

8:30 – 13:00 Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 A unique experience through the coconut forest in the heart of Hoi An old town, enjoy & experience how to prepare special foods. This tour will give visitors a great experience, especially the short vacation tourists in Hoi An, this is a perfect choice. Highlight Attractions: Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals. Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese food with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel. After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.

Day 7 – 26 Mar: Ba Na hill Hanoi

After breakfast at hotel, we will have a visit to Ba Na Hills. Take Cable Car, which gains 5 world scores, to Ba Na hills station. We will have some stops to visit some famous places: Golden bridge, Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French, Nginh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden. Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda.

After lunch at a restaurant, explore the French village or join games at Fantasy Park, which is the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam. Afterwards, return to Da Nang city with a stop at Central Specialties Super Market for shopping.

After tour transfer you to airport flight to Hanoi for the flight at 21:00

Arrive Hanoi, we transfer you to hotel.

Day 8 – 27 Mar: Hanoi (Departure)

Breakfast at your hotel the 7 am driver come pick you up to the airport flight at 11 am.
