ITINERARY

Day 1 – 24 Dec. Hanoi (Arrival)

Arrival in Noi Bai airport at 04:30AM (Flight VN34). Our driver welcomes and transfers you to hotel for your stay.

It’s your leisure day to relax until 15:00. At that time, our guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Old Quarter. On the way, we’ll stop by Unique Tours Company, where you will meet Mrs. Katie. Afterward, we will continue to the Old Quarter.

Your experience begins with a street food and walking tour through the Old Quarter. We will visit Hang Ma Street, beautifully decorated with Christmas items – a perfect spot for photos or buying presents. Next, we’ll head to Hoan Kiem Lake, a symbolic landmark of Hanoi with a fascinating history involving turtles and wartime stories.

For dinner, you’ll enjoy a selection of local dishes, including Fresh spring rolls, sweet fried cakes, Vegetarian noodles, Pan bread, vegetarian bread. To top it off, you can savor coffee (egg coffee, coconut coffee, or condensed milk coffee) or beer at Train Street.

End of tour, transfer you back your hotel.

Day 2 – 25 Dec. Hanoi → Ninh Binh

Breakfast at your hotel

At 07:00- 07:10 AM Our driver and tour guide pick you up at your hotel. Head the south of Hanoi for 110 km. After 2 hours, you will arrive in Ninh Binh.  First stop at Hoa Lu, you will have quick visit two  temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh Le, their sons, and the Queen… to know why Hoa Lu was build as capital of Vietnam in ending of nine century.

12:00 – Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisine.

13:30 – Boarding a small sampan to visit Tam Coc which means literally “three caves” (1.5 hour boat trip). With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery.

15:30 – Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with specious view of the nature.

17:15 – Return to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi

19:30 – Drop you off at your hotel/stay. Trip ends.

Day 4 – 27 Dec. Hoi An (visit My Son Sanctuary)

Breakfast at your hotel.

11:30 AM, Our guide picks you up at hotel and leave Hoi An for visiting My Son Holly Land – the ruins of Cham people and was an imperial city during Cham dynasty. Here you can have more chance to explore and understand of technique of Old Cham people in making red bricks to build Tower which still now a secret to everyone, you can see a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 65 architectural works. It also surprises for those who are curious with architectural art. In 1999, UNESCO labeled the Cham architecture in My Son as a World Cultural Heritage Site.

We will visit Hoi An old town. walk to the ancient town, visit Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, Tan Ly Old House, Japanese Cover Bridge and Hoi An local market, where you can observe the daily life of local people. Join this tour we have a chacnce to ride sampan boat to release floating lantern on Hoai river and you can pray for your family, friends,…. It is one of the beautiful cultures in Hoi An and visit night market, tour end. Transfer you back hotel in Da Nang.

Day 5 – 28 Dec. Da Nang (Visit Golden bridge & Bana Hills) → Hue

After breakfast, At 08:30 – 08:50 AM Our Minivan and a tour guide pick you up at hotel lobby.
Reach Ba Na Hills via Cable Car.
Spend your time on the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and see the panorama of Quang Nam – Danang City on high.
After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge – which has the most exotic structure and also the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, France wine cellar, Le Jardin D’amourn(consists of 9 gardens)… Linh Ung pagoda. Continue the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village – enjoy Street Music, watch Art’s statue , Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome … Challenge the most popular adventure ride – Slide of Tube Car (free ride)… Lunch at Restaurant (Buffet)
Take the Lava Train from Sun Kingdom to many new attractions for check in such as: Helios waterfall, Time Gate, The Moon Kingdom
Return to the Cable Car for leaving Ba Na Hills and transfer you to Hue city.

Day 6 – 29 Dec. Hue (City full day) → Ho Chi Minh

8:00AM – 8:30AM, our driver and guide pick you up and start the tour. Get on the dragon boat , go along the Huong river to enjoy the fresh atmosphere and peaceful beauty of Hue on the way to Thien Mu pagoda, the oldest pagod here.
After visiting Thien Mu, we get on the car and go to the Citadel to see the living, working, worshiping and relaxing areas of Nguyen Kings’family, the last royal family in Viet Nam.
The last stop in the morning is Dong Ba market, before we head to the restaurant for lunch. Lunch time at My Home restaurant is a great time to savour the best Hue traditional foods and some royal tea while having your feet relax in herbal water after the meal.
In the afternoon, we will visit two royal tombs Minh Mang and Khai Dinh with traditional architecture and French-influenced style, respectively.
We will take a 10-min trip on car to Thuy Xuan conical hat village to visit a local family who produce the traditional hat and incent. You can have many photos taken with creative decoration from colorful incent sticks made by people here.
15:15 We transfer you back hotel, at 15:30 our driver come transfer you to the
airport flight to Ho Chi Minh depart at 17:45 (Flight 1375)

Day 7 – 30 Dec. Ho Chi Minh (Mekong 1 day)

07:30: Pick up guests at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and depart for My Tho Port.
Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Boat cruise on the Tien River to view the four islets: Long, Lan, Quy, Phung. The boat passes by floating fish farms along the Tien River, offering a view of Rach Mieu Bridge.
Arrive at Thoi Son islet: Stroll through village paths, visit fruit orchards, enjoy seasonal fruits, and listen to traditional Southern Vietnamese music. Rowing boat through small canals: Enjoy the peaceful riverine scenery, visit a honey bee farm, and taste honey tea and banana wine.
Continue down the Tien River to Tan Thach Canal (Ben Tre): Visit a coconut candy workshop, and explore traditional handicrafts. Motorboat excursion on Tan Thach canal: Discover the daily life of local people, have lunch at a local restaurant. The eco-restaurant features crocodile, porcupine farms, frog, and snake farming models, hammocks for relaxing, and bicycles for exploring fruit orchards, coconut groves, and rice fields. Horse-drawn carriage tour through village paths: Learn about the everyday life of local residents.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip

Day 9 – 01 Jan. Siem Reap (Angkor Wat)

At 08:30 AM, Our guide picks up you visit to the antique capital of Angkor Thom (literally: “Great City”), located in present day Cambodia, was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. Continue your visit at the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Continue your visit to Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in Angkor. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture.

Before ending the tour today, enjoy a wonderful sunset scenery from the Top of Phnom Bakhen Hill.

In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at a nice local restaurant in Seam Reap.

Day 10 – 02 Jan. Siem Reap (Tonle Sap lake half day) →Luang Prabang

At 08:30 AM, Our guide picks up you start the tour by visiting the National Museum. Here, you can explore a collection of Khmer art, artifacts, and historical exhibits that provide insights into the culture and history of Cambodia. After the museum, take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, one of the largest lakes in Asia. This is an opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the lake and see some of the local fishing villages and floating communities that call it home. After the lake tour, head to downtown to visit Artisan’s D’angkor, the carving art school, where you can witness the intricate art of stone carving and other traditional crafts. Next, continue your visit to Wat Thmei, a beautiful pagoda that is known for its memorial stupa that contains the skulls of Khmer Rouge victims.

After tour transfer you back hotel, at 14:00 our driver come pick you up to the airport flight to Luang Prabang depart at 17:05 (Flight 0930)

Day 11 – 03 Jan. Ancent city – Mekong river cruise – Pakou caves

After breakfast, you will first visit Royal Palace Museum, which was built in 1904 during the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family.
We then embark on a leisure cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims.
From there, we enjoy the 30-minute elephant ride exploring the Mekong river at the nearby elephant camp.
Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine.
On arrival back in the city, we will visit Heuan Chan, a 19th- century aristocratic mansion that offers a glimpse into Lao culture through traditional ceremonies, textiles, and family life. This restored mansion stands as a testament to Lao heritage, featuring enriching exhibitions and a documentary on Laos’ customs. After the visit, we’ll have the opportunity to taste authentic Lao coffee or tea, providing a true taste of Laos.
Late afternoon, we will make a stop at Wat Prabath to admire the sunset; this is the ideal place to catch the last beauty of the day.
The tour ends after a visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely collection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

Day 12 – 04 Jan. Luang Prabang (Kiang Si waterfall)

Optional – 05:30 am. Wake up as the sun rises, we will prepare to join the most sacred tradition of Laos, the daily morning alms giving, which dates to the 14th century. More than 200 Buddhist monks depart from various temple to gather their daily meal from the faithful residents sitting quietly on the streets.
We then visit the temporary morning market near the former Royal Palace which offers a glimpse into daily life, with vendors selling fresh produce,handmade crafts, and textiles. These experiences provide a unique and authentic cultural immersion.

After breakfast at the hotel, 8:30 am pick you up for the tour, we ascend the 329 steps to the top of Phousi Hill for a panoramic view of the city and the Mekong River.

Next, we will visit the old Wat Sene and the nearby magnificent Wat Xiengthong a superb piece of Lao temple architecture, which presents a sweeping two-tiered roof and ornate mosaics including a beautiful ‘tree of life ‘glass montage on the rear temple wall.
Then transfer directly to the beautiful Kuang Si, which is the biggest waterfall in the Luang Prabang area with three tiers leading to a 50-metre drop into spectacular azure pools before flowing downstream. The pools also make great swimming holes and are very popular with both tourists and locals. There is also the chance to walk to the nearby village of Ban Thapene, and explore the hidden waterfalls, which is rarely visited by other tourists. If you wish, take a short visit to the Bear Rescue Center, which houses a couple of dozen animals rescued from the hands of poachers and traffickers.
Returning to town, we make a brief stop at the Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Center, nestled peacefully by the Mekong River.
Here, artisans craft high-quality fabrics using traditional techniques. You’re encouraged to enhance your experience with a complimentary audio guide detailing the center’s significance in Lao culture and history.
Transfer back to your hotel late afternoon.
